The Chemical Chef
PTW has been commissioned by ITV1 in the north east to make a documentary about Sean Wilkinson, the Chemical Chef.
Sean does outrageous things with food - he's half artist, half chef. With the help of a white coated scientist from Durham University, Sean makes food into a carnival.
The Chemical Chef airs on Tuesday 28th October 2008.
